Before you submit your article, please review our guest posting guidelines:

Focus on delivering valuable and relevant content. Avoid keyword stuffing and prioritize substance over SEO tactics.
We welcome articles that include relevant images and infographics, with proper source attribution.
Submit original, plagiarism-free content. Duplicate content will be automatically rejected.
Use proper grammar and adhere to web-writing best practices. Articles with excessive grammatical errors or requiring significant editing will be rejected.
Refrain from using gendered references, comparisons, and pronouns in your submissions.
If submitting infographics, please include sources within the graphic itself.
Our blog is focused on community-building and will not tolerate offensive, racist, or prejudiced language in published content or moderated comments.
External links to your websites, blogs, or services are allowed.

Here's what we're looking for!

Appropriate length: Aim for a minimum of 1000 words (but don't add fluff if you don't reach that count).
Brief introduction: Around 150 words. Introduce your topic and outline what the post will cover.
Friendly tone: Maintain a conversational approach, avoiding corporate jargon.
High quality: Your content should be original, practical, well-structured, and accurate.
Easy to skim: Use headings, subheadings, short paragraphs, and other formatting elements to enhance readability.
Headings: Please use sentence cases for all headings.
Brief bio: Provide 1-3 sentences about yourself, including links to your website or social media profiles.
Images: Refrain from using stock images. Instead, choose images that illustrate concepts and data effectively. A simple Google image search should suffice; just remember to credit the image source with a link below the image.

Here's what we're NOT looking for!

Excessive backlinks: Limit the number of links to your site to a maximum of 3 per post, including the link in your bio.
External links: Links to other websites are acceptable for citing images and statistics but should not be used to grant those sites backlinks.
Superficial content: Avoid content that lacks depth or demonstrates insufficient knowledge of a topic.
Fluff: Steer clear of using redundant or filler words and aim for concise, meaningful content.
Overly promotional material: The focus should be on providing valuable information, not self-promotion.
Previously published or sponsored content: We are looking for fresh, original articles.
Stock images: It's worth repeating – please do not use stock images in your submission!

How to submit your guest post?

To submit your guest post, please send it to us as a Word document or Google Doc attached to an email at hello@jivaso.com. Use the email subject line “Guest Post Submission“. Once we receive your email, our editorial team will review your submission and reach out to you with any questions or clarifications they may have.
