Hi! Tell us about your business and what problem are you solving?
We are a family law office offering flat-rate billing and payment plans that leverages technology to ensure we operate as efficiently and affordably as possible, thereby increasing the number of people who can access our services.
What's your backstory and how did you come up with the idea?
I am a child of divorce (my parents separated when I was 14), have experienced divorce personally (my son's mom and I divorced when he was 2 years old) and am passionate about helping people through their struggles.
How do you motivate yourself to keep going every day?
I find incredible motivation behind my Massive Transformative Purpose (MTP) which is to "Empower and Guide separating couples through the process Enabling them to Solve their problems in an efficient and constructive manner to become the best version of themselves by innovating the legal process.
What's your one biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Creating a strong, cohesive leadership team
What’s your one biggest challenge you face and how do you overcome it?
Figuring out how to best implement AI and other automation to improve our processes and systems.
What are your hiring strategies to build a successful business?
By running the law office like a business, adhering to best business practices (not modeling after any other law offices)
