Hi! Tell us about your business and what problem are you solving?
We are into producing healthy, residue-free Fruits & Vegetables through a contractual farming model with production traceability. We are now creating a Banana brand from India for the whole world. We serve all major retail chains and E-commerce players like The Organic World, Big Basket, Milk basket, Supr Daily, Swiggy, Zomato, Blinkit, Lulu, etc.
What's your one biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
We have built a strong fundamental business in a short period of time in an extremely challenging environment, and we continue to hustle and grow.
What’s your one biggest challenge you face and how do you overcome it?
Managing farmers is the toughest task on Earth, followed by people management within the Organization.
To anyone looking to start or grow a business today, what three tips
would you give them?
Have clarity on the vision and then align the business model and the path. Not the other way around. Right finance management is the most important key to running a business and taking care of all stakeholders across the value chain.
